The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
- Source and evaluate top-tier candidates for various roles
- Maintain open and transparent communication channels with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Native-level fluency in Norwegian and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
