Responsibilities- Develop and implement brand strategies that drive market penetration and ensure the successful launch of new products in different territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand initiatives into overall marketing and business plans.
- Execute operational plans, manage related budgets, track relevant KPIs, collect insights from the field, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to identify opportunities and issues in the entire product lifecycle.
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a Brand Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
- Previous experience as Brand/Marketing Manager in the Medical Cannabis field.
- Regional or global experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and demonstrated success in developing and executing effective brand strategies.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
