About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Review Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Content Review Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines, promoting a safe online experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Analyze and resolve flagged content effectively, maintaining platform standards and protecting user integrity.
  • Stay updated on evolving policies to ensure quality moderation in line with current safety and compliance guidelines.
What Youll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly base salary of €1,300 (paid 14 times annually), a language proficiency bonus of €250 per month for German fluency, and a performance-based incentive of up to €380 per month for outstanding contributions. We also provide a meal allowance of €7.63 net per working day to cover your lunch expenses.
