Job Overview

This role involves partnering with senior Sales Leadership and stakeholders to develop innovative deal structures and provide thought leadership on pricing and business terms. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted advice to senior Sales Leadership and stakeholders on deal structure and pricing
  • Develop and implement improved methodologies for pricing and business terms, based on data-driven insights and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Operations, to drive contract execution
  • Analyze complex sales data to inform pricing strategies and optimize revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Bid Management, Commercial Finance, or relevant field
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
