We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TalenTrail. As a critical member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and resolving technical issues related to e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity.
In this role, you'll interact with customers through various communication channels, provide pre-sales assistance, general inquiries, and technical support, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. You should also be proficient in German (C1 level or higher) and possess at least B2 level English language proficiency.
Key Tasks- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
- Provide pre-sales assistance, general inquiries, and technical support.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets efficiently.
- Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management guidance.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Review and provide feedback on help content.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
You will work a rotating shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. You will have two days off per week, which will be rotational.
RemunerationThe salary for this position is 1414€ per month, and you may be eligible for a performance bonus of up to 120€ per month.
