About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Coordinator to support our CRM team in executing retention and engagement strategies across various channels.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the success of our online casino platform.

  • Assist in the creation of email marketing templates, aligning with brand guidelines and targeting specific player segments.
  • Set up, test, and deploy email and onsite notification campaigns using CRM platforms, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support the team in managing the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is consistent with promotional schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content and promotions with overall business goals.
  • Assist in the daily management of CRM tools and platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data.

Requirements

  • CRM coordination experience in a gaming environment, preferably online casino.
  • Experience using FastTrack as a CRM tool.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
