About This Opportunity

  • This role requires a seasoned professional to define security requirements and strategy for Data security and Cryptography for the Group.
  • The successful candidate will support subsidiaries in considering data security and cryptography measures, ensuring alignment with the Group's overall security posture.
  • Responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating security risks, proposing complementary measures, and participating in technical POCs on data security and cryptography solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology or a related field, with a proven track record of developing secure systems and architectures.
  • Experience with Blockchain, cryptographic protocols, and data protection mechanisms is highly desirable, as is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of security guidelines for the usage of Blockchain within the Bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the group's cryptographic and data security expert stream, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive collective success.
  • Drive project orientation towards the best techniques for data security depending on the case, leveraging expertise in cryptography, anonymization techniques, and masking.
  • Produce POCs on data security technologies, such as full homomorphic encryption, to explore new solutions and stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Perform risk analysis and propose countermeasures to mitigate potential threats, ensuring the Group's assets are protected at all times.
  • Define security requirements for cryptography & data security, encompassing the Group scope and ensuring consistency across all operations.
  • Contribute to proposals for approaches to inventory of cryptographic assets in the group, promoting crypto agility and driving innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar field.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
