Job Title: Senior IAM Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IAM Architect to join our Identity and Access Management team at Richemont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and Secret Management.
  2. Create and maintain standards for identity processes, procedures, and infrastructure.
  3. Drive planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
  5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IAM team members.
  6. Conduct regular assessments of IAM infrastructure and recommend remediation measures to strengthen security.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in IAM and cybersecurity.
  8. Drive automation initiatives to optimize IAM workflows and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT field, with at least 5+ years in IAM.
  • Capacity to act as technical lead when needed.
  • In-depth understanding of identity protocols and technologies, including OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, AD-Fed, API Gateways, and SCIM.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as MS Azure, Okta, Saviynt, Cyberark, AWS, Alicloud, and GCP.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Experience with agile tools and frameworks, such as Jira, Confluence, Kanban, and Scrum.
  • Knowledge of German and Spanish languages is a plus.
