We're looking for a Senior CSR Supervisor in Porto to lead our team of 15 Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving team performance, fostering innovation, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and developing a team to achieve top performance and quality standards.
• Managing team performance through analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Providing coaching and real-time support to ensure client requirements are met.
• Hosting team meetings to promote collaboration, innovation, and growth.
• Ensuring service levels are maintained across multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails.
• Contributing to company-wide strategies while upholding internal policies (GDPR, GECSP).
• Mentoring and motivating team members to drive growth and success.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Native/fluent Greek language skills and proficiency in English.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer experience management or a related field.
• A higher education degree is essential.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, project tools, and team management software.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
