Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operational Effectiveness Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, operational effectiveness, and process improvement. They will be responsible for managing medium-to-large scale projects across Operational Effectiveness Services (OES) and delivering global solutions that identify and accelerate operational productivity, optimization, and efficiency through change and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
