Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive our marketing strategy: As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on the German-speaking market.
  • Content creation: Craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience, using various channels such as social media, email marketing, and Google Ads.
  • Analysis and optimization: Use industry-leading tools to track and optimize our campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and success.
  • Market research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, market shifts, and consumer behavior in the German-speaking world, providing valuable insights to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with our team of creatives, designers, and sales experts to create holistic marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Customer understanding: Develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our target audience and apply this knowledge to create effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • German language fluency: C2 level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our target audience.
  • A strong background in digital marketing, with experience in SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
  • A data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to measure success and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills, turning complex ideas into engaging content and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
