We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Specialist to join our team at TN Portugal. As a Senior Connected Devices Validation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our connected devices solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the validation and integration of connected devices with our commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) vendor platforms or in-house eSource platforms.
- Develop site and subject-facing documentation, including investigator manuals, patient guides, and site reference guides.
- Project manage the onboarding and operationalization of the connected devices solution.
- Provide support to sites through troubleshooting, problem identification, solution identification, and resolution using service requests.
- Cascade Requests for Change to the next level of support under broad supervision.
- Evaluate and escalate issues related to product support or product operations to the next level of support.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure faster resolution and implementation of solutions.
- Provide feedback to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
