Job Description: We are looking for a talented Beauty Expert to join our team at Sephora Lisbon, Portugal. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge to provide an impeccable customer experience.
• Adapt your style to suit the needs of your customer, making beauty accessible to everyone.
• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, while maintaining a focus on delivering world-class artistry.
• Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience.
• Follow the company grooming standards to a tee.

Requirements:

• Ideal qualifications include an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers.
