We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Expert to join our team as a Scrum Master for a Multinational Fintech Company.
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for supporting the Product Owner in effective product backlog management and ensuring that the PO's backlog is arranged to maximize delivery of value.
You will also identify and proactively remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or people-related. Your role will involve acting as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized, and to be at their best.
The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead, with certification in Scrum Master. They should have a good understanding of Agile principles & Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban), Agile Estimating & Planning, Scrum ceremonies and artifacts, and Agile Practices related to Software Engineering.
The successful candidate will also have great communication, analysis, and listening skills, software craftsmanship, and English proficiency at least at C1 level.
