Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OTC trader to join our Trading Solutions team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for facilitating hedging needs for client flows, ensuring best-in-class service while managing risk exposures within company guidelines. You will also contribute to improving the trading offering through tooling and technical investments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space
  • Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients
  • Deep crypto market microstructure mathematical expertise, including cross-market basis opportunities, awareness/avoidance of predatory algorithms, derivatives hedging, beta hedging, and understanding of away positioning and market drivers
  • Expert knowledge of electronic and voice trading, influencing technology improvements inspired by traditional finance market structure
  • Strong client-facing abilities, instilling confidence through excellent white glove service
  • Proficient Python coding ability
