Job Description:
The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR LUXURY FASHION BRAND will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to inquiries about our products, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of luxury fashion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information and advice, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and developments, ensuring that customer needs are met
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A fluently spoken French language skill (a good level of English would be a plus)
- EU Citizenship or a valid work permit/residency card
- A passion for fashion and a desire to work in the luxury industry
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A team player mentality and ability to work with diverse nationalities
What We Offer:
We provide a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- A competitive salary: 1040€ gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or 1240€ gross/month without accommodation
- A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
- A reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
- Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
