">Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Energy Transition Specialist to play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting strategic business analysis, focusing primarily on concession management and renewal, closely with top management and the Board of Directors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to key decision-making processes, support the interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, and lead projects that impact the electricity distribution business for E-REDES.
">Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support strategic business analysis, with a primary focus on concession management and renewal;">
- Analyze data and develop insightful content to support the decision-making process of the Board of Directors;">
- Conduct analysis and develop content for the interaction with key national stakeholders, including policymakers, regulators, municipalities;">
- Lead and manage projects and initiatives that support the renewal of distribution concessions;">
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that provide clear and actionable insights for the Board;">
- Follow up on national and international developments and trends concerning the legal, regulatory, and financial framework of the electricity distribution activity.">
Requirements
">To succeed as an Energy Transition Specialist, you will need:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;">
- 1 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in the energy sector;">
- Demonstrated ability to convert complex data into strategic, actionable insights;">
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders;">
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;">
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel;">
- Fluent English language skills, with French and/or Italian being a plus.">
