Offshore Process Expert

This Offshore Process Expert position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, with at least 5 years of experience in Operation and in relation to the system they will lead. Field Experience is essential, as is FPSO experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines. They must be able to work autonomously and in multi-disciplinary teams, possess a proactive approach in combination with a problem-solving attitude, and have effective communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who can build strong relationships with onshore and offshore staff at all levels. They must be able to bring a global understanding of a system and be an expert in the system they will engineer. Experience with engineering, commissioning, and operation activities is necessary.
In addition, the candidate should be able to travel abroad and offshore on short or long duration basis as required and have the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
