Luxury Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a Bar Manager who shares our vision of delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding our values of sustainability, wellness, and emotional hospitality.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field, along with two or more years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

The salary for this position is estimated at €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Ensure the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
• Greet guests courteously and attentively, familiarize yourself with preparation, ingredients, and presentation of all drinks offered in menus, and inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine lists.
• Work with an empathetic attitude, ensure prompt and efficient service of all beverages set by the resorts' required standards, and have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day-to-day activities.
• Operate the department consistent with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices, and budgetary controls.
