About the Role

We are seeking an Advertiser Success Associate to join our team. As an Advertiser Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to advertisers in a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with a multilingual team to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through various channels, ensuring timely resolutions and providing product support across self-service tools.

  • Provide technical support to advertisers via email, chat, and phone
  • Convert email/chat cases into outbound calls to offer white glove support
  • Multitask and work with multiple tools

Key Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  3. Knowledge of technical support principles and practices
