The Job Summary

You will be responsible for driving Agile adoption and growth across our organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the Teams by leading retrospectives, encouraging innovation, and promoting Agile engineering practices and DevOps culture.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Agile methodologies particularly the Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog ensuring the team delivers high-value outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement meetings to promote team collaboration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog ensuring the team delivers high-value outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate impediments hindering team progress and escalate risks and cross-team dependency as needed.
- Maintain transparency and alignment with Sprint goals and Team objectives through regular monitoring and reporting.
