Our platform has facilitated over one million nights of rentals, welcoming more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries worldwide. We offer various road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the option to buy our vehicles.

As a Treasury Associate at Indie Campers, you will be part of our Financial Planning and Reporting team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. Your primary role will be to oversee the company's financial health, ensuring effective cash flow management while adhering to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cash pooling strategies to minimize risk and optimize transfers;
  • Establish internal policies and procedures for treasury activities, process payments and receivables efficiently;
  • Collaborate with other finance departments to design efficient payment structures and minimize cash position;
  • Monitor and forecast weekly and monthly cash outflows and inflows to achieve daily cash flow projections;
  • Maintain accurate records, collect payments from debtors, and make bank payments in a timely manner;
  • Review invoices, follow up on expenses, and reconcile current account staff statements;
  • Control overdraft accounts and other short-term financing instruments;
  • Monitor global cash position and report findings;
  • Collaborate with accounting to resolve bank reconciliations;
  • Maintain banking relationships.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or Auditing;
  • At least three years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills;
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Discretion when handling confidential information;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); fluency in Portuguese, German, Italian, French is valued.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
