CRO Strategist

**Role Overview**

We're seeking a skilled CRO Strategist to join our team at Block Labs. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our digital growth by optimizing our website and app conversion rates.

About the Role

As a CRO Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive conversion optimization strategy across all our brands. This will involve working closely with our product, development, marketing, and design teams to drive event tracking implementation, design and execute A/B tests, and identify best practices to improve user engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conversion Optimisation Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive conversion optimization strategy across all brands, ensuring key user touchpoints are optimized for maximum engagement and conversion rates.

2. Event Tracking & Implementation

Collaborate with product managers and developers to set up, refine, and optimize event tracking across our websites and apps, ensuring all necessary conversion and behavioral events are accurately tracked and reported.

3. A/B Testing & Experimentation

Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to identify opportunities for conversion improvement, regularly testing landing pages, funnels, and features to determine the best-performing variants.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

Work with our internal data team to define what metrics and KPIs should be reported on, and ensure the accuracy of the data being captured, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

5. Collaborative Work

Partner closely with product, development, marketing, and design teams to align on goals and ensure CRO efforts are fully integrated with broader product and marketing strategies.
