The Reservations Centre of Minor Hotels Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative (M/F) with fluency in English and German. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to be part of a major hotel chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently to all incoming communications, guaranteeing seamless booking management via telephone and email;
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotels and their services to clients;
  • Contribute to and increase the number of telephone sales for specific products and/or services across the entire chain's hotels;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferable);
  • Proven sales skills, particularly in reservations management or commercial roles;
  • Excellent customer service experience (preferred);
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in computer systems and social networks;
  • A proactive and flexible attitude towards work objectives;
