Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Senior Technical Architect

The role of a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Senior Technical Architect involves being a core team member in delivering customer-centric solutions. This position requires business process and solution design expertise, along with hands-on configuration and customization skills for Dynamics CE & Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with onshore and offshore development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with clients, stakeholders, and the consulting team.
- Interface effectively with team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and document project deliverables, including solution design, performance, reliability, and testing features.
- Ensure compliance with our project methodology and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- A University graduate with a relevant degree in computing or business.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) AND/OR Power Platform Certifications are desirable.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform technology stack.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT, including end-to-end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM / Power Platform solutions.
- Experience in developing solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Good understanding of Dataverse, customizations, and development of Business Data Models.
- Proven track record of implementing solutions for medium/large customers across various industries.
- Ability to develop clear understanding of client needs and incorporate them into a solution.
- Experience in consultancy roles in software delivery and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
