As a Senior Wireless Network Optimization Specialist, your primary goal will be to drive business value through network performance improvement. You will accomplish this by executing optimization activities for all generations of mobile networks (2G up to 5G), analyzing E2E logs, and implementing tuning and optimization solutions.
About Our Ideal CandidateTo succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in telecommunications engineering or a related field. Your extensive experience in legacy technologies such as 2G/3G/4G/5G will serve as a solid foundation for driving results.
You should also have hands-on expertise with performance management tools like ATOLL, TEMS Discovery, Performance Manager, U2000, and others. Additionally, you must be well-versed in Ericsson and Nokia vendor knowledge, with a focus on RF optimization and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute optimization activities for all generations of mobile networks.
- Analyze E2E logs to identify areas for improvement and implement tuning and optimization solutions.
- DriveTest Processing, Analysis & Reporting using widely used tools.
- Cluster tuning and optimization to achieve target KPIs.
- KPI Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting.
