Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharma Graphic Designer to join our team at The Force. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning artworks, packaging materials, and labels that meet our brand guidelines. Your expertise will ensure a unified look and feel across all our visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce artworks, packaging materials, and labels in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, and text format separations, and scaling images for print production.
  • Provide conceptual advice and support for our specialist departments.
  • Organize copy flow and maintain a database/bibliographic/archival retrieval system of references used in the creation of published materials.
  • Manage budget, including invoicing, tracking project expenditures, and assisting in budget development by summarizing, researching, and analyzing past project expenditures.
  • Coordinate relationships with vendors, prepare specifications, and obtain estimates for final approval.
  • Handle copyright, reprint, and permission processes.
  • Take on technical communication, including product labeling and operating instructions.
  • Manage and implement artwork projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to select and propose packaging solutions, identify design problems, and devise solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to explore new materials and technologies that align with innovation goals.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working with pharma customers.
  • Completed training/studies in graphics, communication design, media design, or marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud family and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creativity and a sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong skills in communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design.
  • Ideal experience in digital photography and video production.
  • Customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
