This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Luxury Goods Customer Service Agent.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

As a Luxury Goods Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Provide product information and usage consulting
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • EU Citizenship or a valid work permit/residency card
  • A fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus)
