Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Coutinho Neto & Orey in Olivais. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the appointment schedule and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the appointment schedule in conjunction with the Front Office Area Manager;
  • Schedule appointments with clients for inspections, repairs, and vehicle pick-ups;
  • Ensure customer service by providing timely and efficient assistance;
  • Collect all documentation related to the case;
  • Promote the sale of complementary services related to repairs, including damages related to the incident, washes, and waivers;
Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications at the level of a Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Knowledge of the insurance area (preferred);
  • Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Driver's license (mandatory);
  • Computer skills at the user level;
  • Immediate availability.
