**Job Description**
As an Operations Specialist at GBA Logistics, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Freight Services team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all shipments are registered and allocated with the correct driver/vehicle details on our TMS system.
You will be working closely with our team of subcontractors to confirm their understanding of job details and record this information in transport monitoring notes. In addition, you will provide regular updates to customers in line with operational procedures, detailed job status/location/ETA.
