Your Role: As a Technical Recruitment Specialist for our new Portuguese hub, you'll be a builder of teams, a creator of opportunities, and a key player in a success story that's still being written.
The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who thrives in chaos but is set to organize their own house. Someone who doesn't shy away from ambitious KPIs but charges at them full speed.

Talent Acquisition Expertise: You're no stranger to international recruitment. Whether it's finding top talent in Portugal, scouring Europe and the globe for the best candidates, or crossing borders and time zones to make the perfect hire, you've done it all.
Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter: This isn't just a tool for you – it's your battleground. You know it inside and out, and you've used it to uncover talent others couldn't find.
No Micromanagement Here: We don't have time for teaching the basics – you're already an expert. You understand sourcing, pipelines, and the art of making people feel excited about the opportunity you're presenting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the development stream at the company's new Portuguese hub, including initial screenings, interviews, candidate evaluations, and offer negotiations.
  • Design and implement initiatives to optimize and enhance strategic recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, develop diverse talent pools, and maintain robust pipelines for each role.
  • Build and maintain long-term, win-win relationships with candidates and hiring managers, fostering trust and mutual engagement.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication of feedback between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Contribute to recruitment planning and project growth strategies to align hiring efforts with organizational expansion goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle for technical roles.
  • Advanced research and sourcing skills, with experience recruiting across multiple countries and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proven success in closing both technical roles, including Back-end (Node.js), Front-end (Angular 16+), and Data positions, as well as management and design roles, such as Product Managers, Product Owners, Project Managers, Product Designers, and UI/UX Designers.
  • At least an upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English.
What We Offer
  • Competitive remuneration level with annual review: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum.
  • Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for up to 2 weeks, and visa relocation support for our employees and their family members).
  • Opportunity to develop language skills, with partial compensation for the cost of English and Portuguese language classes (for localization purposes).
  • Partial compensation for tennis lessons.
