Boost-It is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective IAM strategies.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements for IAM systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement IAM strategies that enhance security measures and streamline user access processes.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct regular assessments and audits of IAM systems to identify potential areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business, IT or related field and be certified as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer. They will also have a strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance and privilege access management, as well as a strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ features and capabilities.

At least 3 years of relevant project experience as a business analyst is required, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative to define functional use cases.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, IT or related field
  • Certified SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer
  • Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance and privilege access management
  • Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ features and capabilities with at least 3 years of relevant project experience as a business analyst
