This exciting role as a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist offers the chance to make a lasting impact on customers' online shopping experiences. Working closely with our e-commerce team in Greece, you will deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and foster positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Assist customers with product information, order management, and site navigation
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, product offerings, and company policies
Requirements
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with knowledge of additional languages beneficial
- EU passport essential for relocation
- Background in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or online retail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools
