Job Description:

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our international customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in Flemish and English.

Your key responsibilities will include providing customer support via telephone, email, and chat, assisting with technical issues on the platform, and following the correct escalation process as needed.

You will also be expected to identify, analyze, and recommend the best solutions to resolve customer inquiries, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction.

In addition, you will accurately document all relevant information in the system, maintain a high level of service quality, and manage customer expectations and handle complaints in a professional and responsible manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Flemish and English (C1) is essential to provide exceptional customer service in both languages.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a strong technical customer support background preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and handle complaints in a professional and responsible manner.
