Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Backend Developer to join our team at ClearOps. As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our hyperconnectivity platform for the supply chain industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend software written in Java and Kotlin
  • Create React micro-frontend applications written in TypeScript using our UI Kit
  • Collaborate with Backend and Frontend Developers on APIs design (Consumer Driven Development)
  • Review code created by other developers
  • Write, run, and maintain unit/integration tests
  • Estimate tasks and find the best ways to implement new features
  • Work in Scrum sprints (2 weeks) and participate in periodic meetings (Planning, Grooming, Review)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Java development experience (we use 8 and 17)
  • Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, Cloud, JPA, and others)
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (Postgresql, MySQL)
  • 1+ years of commercial Frontend cross-browser development experience
  • Good expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript/React
  • Solid CSS/HTML markup and styling skills
  • Git usage
  • Gradle usage
  • Good verbal and written English
