Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Tax Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with customers to ensure successful deployment of our software solutions. Your expertise in international VAT regulations and experience in software implementation will be invaluable in this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage individual project activities to ensure completion within defined timelines.
- Utilize extensive product experience to ensure implementation is completed in accordance with local compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance to customers on best practices to ensure software fulfills compliance requirements.
- Assist technical teams on troubleshooting based upon knowledge of product and local compliance requirements.
- Responsible for driving testing phases according to customer needs and Sovos' best practices.
- Effective communication with internal and external project teams to ensure implementation activities are successful.
- Utilize product/technical and functional experience to assist project manager in the control of project scope, schedule and costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Comprehensive knowledge of (international) VAT regulations and requirements
- 3+ years' experience in software/professional services company or electronic business to government compliance
- Fluent in English
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and projects
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated track record of finishing projects on time and on budget.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
