About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Russian speaking Content Reviewer and Investigator to join our team at Talingual. As a Content Reviewer and Investigator, you will be responsible for reviewing content created by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with Community Guidelines. This will involve reviewing, classifying, and/or deleting highly sensitive content uploaded by users, as well as conducting thorough investigations into various cases, including driver harassment and customer behavior issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review content created by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with Community Guidelines
  • Conduct thorough investigations into various cases, including driver harassment and customer behavior issues
  • Review materials submitted by drivers and customers related to cases and conduct outbound calls to gather additional information

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Russian and English
  • Previous experience in an investigatory role is a plus
  • Willingness to learn
