About the Job:
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Plumbing Systems Installation Supervisor to join our team in the Bahamas. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and testing of hydraulic works on site.
Job Description:
- Supervise and support the installation and testing of hydraulic works on site;
- Lead multiple teams at different points of the installation;
- Perform all hydraulic daily duties;
- Use technical manuals, manufacturer literature, and precision measuring tools;
- Provide work instructions to assigned crews;
- Prepare materials, tools, and safety precautions for assigned jobs;
- Ensure quality performance of all assigned work;
- Prepare and deliver reports summarizing work activity;
- Create or support installation documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred);
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role;
- Experience with plumbing system installation: domestic water, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and water heaters;
- Able to work with technical documents and provide clear instructions;
- Experience preparing tools and safety measures for assigned jobs;
- Availability to live in the Bahamas during the project (1 year).
