Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the F&B Director to define strategies for the F&B department.
Creating innovative menus and dishes for both buffets and a la carte services.
Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer needs in a professional manner.
Ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and safety in the kitchen.
Leading the team from the front by training and mentoring the staff to achieve their full potential.
Managing cost controls and controlling expenditures within the respective areas of responsibility.
Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
Participating in the budgeting process for the area of responsibility.

Requirements
Passion for food and a commitment to creating a culinary experience for our guests.
An interest in creating and setting up new initiatives, rather than maintaining the status quo.
A minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in hospitality culinary roles, with a strong track record of success.
Advanced international culinary knowledge, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Creativity to design new menu items and their presentation, with a focus on visual appeal and customer satisfaction.
A proactive forward-thinking approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
