About the Role:
Assembly is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to capture entire branded apparel budgets. This role requires a strong presence and ability to command a room during enterprise presentations. If you have 3+ years of B2B sales experience and a track record of consistently exceeding quota, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
* Lead targeted outbound campaigns in key cities, building and maintaining a pipeline of high-potential opportunities
* Travel to key markets for high-impact in-person meetings and presentations
* Position Assembly as a premium, sustainable manufacturing partner through strategic outreach
* Rapidly engage with and pursue high-potential Tier 1 inbound leads
* Convert promising Tier 2 leads into Tier 1 opportunities through consultative selling

Requirements:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in premium apparel, fashion, or branded merchandise
* Track record of consistently exceeding quota and building long-term client relationships
* Strong presence and ability to command a room during enterprise presentations
* Natural curiosity and consultative approach to understanding client needs
* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
