Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at TN Portugal. This role is responsible for managing the group's IT purchases and participating in the quality monitoring process of key suppliers.

The successful candidate will be part of our FinOps team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient management of IT expenses.

  • Purchasing management:
  • Create and monitor purchase orders for hardware, software, or IT service provisions;
  • Maintain a reference list of IT purchases made over the last 3 years;
  • Check and validate supplier invoices;
  • Organize and participate in regular monitoring of key suppliers;
  • Track, control, and keep historical records of service consumption (telephone usage, networks, public clouds, etc);
  • Ensure the renewal of consumable materials in collaboration with operational teams, especially Digital Working (ink cartridges, etc.);
  • Create and maintain reports and a purchasing dashboard for IT OPS;
  • Create and maintain a calendar to track and anticipate renewals (hardware, subscriptions, maintenance).
Skill Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical training or degree in IT Management or similar;
  • Knowledge in ITIL V3, reporting tools (BI), Excel, and SQL/NOSQL;
  • Management and cost analysis in a public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
  • Basic notions in accounting are a plus;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Rigor and organization;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Autonomy.
