The Role

As a Freelance Human Resources Consultant/Professor, you will be responsible for creating a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for our applicants, ensuring seamless alignment with our recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to our organization's needs.
  • Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants.
  • Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • You hold a Master's degree or PhD in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have at least 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
  • You have experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests.
