The Role
This position involves working as a Content Moderator Junior, where you will review and analyze content to ensure it meets our client's guidelines and policies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated on client's policies and guidelines
- Identify and flag non-compliant content in a timely manner
- Maintain high-quality reviews of reported content within agreed turnaround times
- Recognize trends and escalate issues outside established policies
- Utilize market insights to propose solutions that enhance user community support
- Handle sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing subjects
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker with fluent English (B2)
- Customer care experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
- Computer handling skills and ability to handle sensitive content
- Strong problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and excellent communication skills
Relocation Package
We offer a comprehensive relocation package, including a refund of up to 2000 euros, assistance in finding accommodation, and support in obtaining necessary documents.
