We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team at GrabJobs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX and demonstrable experience of their work on complex, user-centered design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX Design Initiatives: Own the end-to-end UX process for key projects, from discovery to delivery, ensuring the creation of intuitive and impactful experiences.
  • User Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions clearly and efficiently to both stakeholders and developers.

The successful candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and the ability to clearly communicate design rationales, decisions, and ideas to a diverse range of stakeholders.
