Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Video Content Analyst and contribute to the success of our digital platform. You will be working closely with our editorial team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our content, while also developing your skills and expertise in content moderation.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and processing incoming legal requests, including those related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification
  • Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client's policies and guidelines
  • Evaluating content for potential issues, such as privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • No previous experience required; Maximum until 12 months experience within Content Moderation
  • Good understanding of KPIs; metrics FCR, SLA, CSAT
