As a Functional Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored adoption recommendations and large-scale adoption events for SAP SuccessFactors Suite customers.
Your responsibilities will include remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Suite, depending on your area of expertise and certification. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

**Requirements**
- Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.
- Additional languages an advantage.
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.
