Job Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Expert, you will accelerate the development and adoption of Nestlé's social media and influence best practices across key Nestlé brands supporting Business Units, Zones and Markets.
You will support the adoption of the Nestlé operating models as well as the Social Media Management and Influencer tools and ensure a successful deployment of trainings and communication in collaboration with Global and Local Digital Marketing/eBusiness teams.
Key Deliverables:
- Leads the Social Media Guidance ensuring a continuous relevancy vis a vis platforms and landscape evolution.
- Leads continuous capability building across Business Units, Zones and Markets through trainings and communities and ensures consistency with Sprinklr capabilities as well as integration with Content Studios' ways of working.
- Leads the Influencer Marketing Framework, ensuring continuous refresh and relevancy.
- Ensures Creative Best Practices as well as Creator Best Practices with global Platform Partners (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest etc.) are built on the most recent research and learnings.
- Collaborates closely with them to drive awareness and build capabilities.
- Functional Ownership of Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, working closely with IT team and supplier to drive adoption, platform development and identify, pilot and scale new modules and features.
