We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and continuously improve the agile setup within the Global Workday Operations Team. This includes Sprint Management, Backlog Management, and Retrospectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the Main contact for Workday Projects and Operational activities towards specific Siemens Customers
- Drive and Support Workday specific communications to Stakeholders
- Employee data management from Onboarding to termination
- Support Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and contribute to the evaluation and design of new Workday functionalities and Modules
- Support the creation of new Projects including financial calculation and tracking
- Establish, Align, Maintain and Manage Key Performance Indicators in the respective focus areas
- Academic degree related to Information Technology; Business, Economics or other relevant fields
- General knowledge across different Workday HCM modules and functionalities including Workday Implementation Projects
- Proven experience in leading Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum) in Software Service or Project environments
- Experience in Customer Communication, Project & Stakeholder Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Possession to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service
- Strong communication and relationship management skills combined with a good understanding of driving Business solutions and services through value add to our customers
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex challenges and design solution scenarios in a larger P&O systems landscape
