**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Project Manager to join our corporate finance team at Mantu. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing post-M&A integration projects, ensuring smooth transition and integration of acquired companies into our tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-M&A integration projects, ensuring timely and successful integration of acquired companies.
  • Define and follow-up acquisitions' ROI and financial KPIs.
  • Support the restructuring of the acquired companies.
  • Prepare and present project updates to top management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Mantu's finance information systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management strategies.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date and compliant with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Knowledge in project management and business processes.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proactive and able to identify potential issues before they arise.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
  • Experience in M&A and restructuring is a plus.
