The Job:
We are seeking a Paymaster to join our People & Culture Team in Lisbon. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
• Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, time and attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and databases.
• Processing the monthly payroll and any other salaries exceptional payments for employees in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring strict compliance with all legal requirements.
• Controlling tax and Social Security calculation process to ensure compliance with fiscal and legal obligations.
• Keeping payroll records, ensuring accuracy and consistency of the records.
• Supervising time and attendance and other required activities.
What We're Looking For:
At least 3-5 years' experience in the field; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload; previous experience within hospitality; and proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
